Ref: The Quaker Ogdens in America : David Ogden of ye goode ship "Welcome" and his descendants, 1682-1897, their history, biography and genealogy.

This excerpt from the book tells me that this David the Quaker book is not the same as the David Ogden, brother of John and Richard.
